Steamed Scallop Meat with Garlic Vermicelli

1. Red scallops.

2. Wash and peel the little red shells.

3. Peel the shellfish.

4. Finely chop garlic.

5. Stir-fry garlic and add light soy sauce.

6. Put the soaked vermicelli into the plate.

7. Put the scallop meat on the vermicelli.

8. Add the sauteed garlic.

9. Put it in a pot and steam it.

10. Finished product.

Tips:

Red scallops can be steamed directly on the vermicelli if they are too troublesome.
