Steamed White Eel with Black Bean Sauce

Buy the white eel and wash it with a large spoonful of flour. Be sure to wash off the mucus on the white eel. It is very clean with flour.

After washing, the slices are placed in a dish

Soak the bean drum with a little warm water to soften

Crush into a puree, add pepper, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch to make a sauce

Pour the sauce evenly on top of the sliced eel, then cut a little ginger and sprinkle on top

Boil the water in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes on high heat (the length of time depends on the thickness of your sliced rice eel, the fish is easier to cook)

Tips:
Scraping with flour can easily remove the mucus of the white eel and effectively remove the fishy.
