Stewed Yam and Oxtail Soup

Ingredients: 1 yak tail, 400 g yam, appropriate amount of Chinese pepper, 1 star anise, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of water.

The oxtail is cleaned and cut into sections according to the joints.

Put it in the pot, add water, set the heat to a boil.

Boil for a few minutes, until the blood is gone.

Remove the oxtail and discard the soup.

Pour the oxtail into the pressure cooker, add pepper star anise and appropriate amount of water.

Tips:
Ox tail can be replaced with beef bone or beef, and sirloin is the best choice for beef.
Using a pressure cooker to mature for a short time can reduce nutrient loss.
