Tomato Onion Oxtail Soup

Ingredients: 1 yak tail, 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, 1 onion, salt and pepper.

Wash the cow tail and cut into sections.

Put it in a pressure cooker and add cold water.

Put it on the fire, remove the foam after the fire is boiled.

After the froth is removed, close the lid and place the pressure limiting valve. After boiling on high heat to the upper pressure, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for about 35-40 minutes, then turn off the heat.

After the air pressure is exhausted, remove the lid and bring the pot to a boil again.

At the same time, wash the carrots and cut them into hob pieces.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks, and cut into small pieces.

Wash the onion and cut into pieces.

Pour the processed vegetables into the boiling oxtail soup and simmer for 1 hour until the carrots are soft.

Add salt and pepper to taste and turn off the heat.

Tips:
The oxtail pressing/cooking time can be increased or decreased according to the softness you want.
The tomato and onion are boiled softly and the soup tastes more beautiful.
