Stir-fried Amaranth Stem

After picking the young leaves of amaranth, wash the amaranth stalks.

Cut the washed amaranth stalks into 3 cm long sections.

Cut the garlic into garlic strips, wash the red pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into strips.
