Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Amaranth Stem

Wash the lean meat and cut into shreds for later use.

Pick the young leaves of amaranth and take the stems.

Wash the amaranth stalks, cut into 3 cm long sections, chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Place the amaranth stalks in boiling water and blanch them for one minute and then remove them.
5.
Heat the wok, add cooking oil to heat, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant, then add shredded pork and stir fry.
6.
Add amaranth sticks and stir fry.
7.
Add salt and monosodium glutamate and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
