Stir-fried Baiye Tofu with Mushrooms and Cucumbers

1. Hundred pages tofu

2. Cut the 100-page tofu into thick strips.

3. Cut the cucumber into strips.

4. Cut the stalks of fresh mushrooms into 3-4 slices.

5. Mince garlic, chopped green onion.

6. Heat up the oil pan, sauté the garlic and scallions until fragrant.
