I have fallen in love with being jealous recently, especially vinegar. "

Aged Cucumbers in Vinegar

1. Cut the cucumber into thick strips.

2. Marinate 1 teaspoon of salt for 15 minutes, rinse off the salt with water, and squeeze dry.

3. Mince garlic.

4. Chopped green onion,

5. Heat up a pan and saute the minced garlic. (My family is not used to eating raw.)

6. Pour in the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar and bring to a boil.

7. Turn off the heat, add chopped green onion and sesame oil and mix well.

8. The vinaigrette is ready.

9. Pour into the cucumber while it is hot, and mix well.

10. Marinate for 30 minutes before serving.

11. Sweet and sour appetizing, crispy.
