Stir-fried Beef with Shacha Celery
1.
Prepare the above materials.
2.
Slice beef shank, add a spoonful of starch, half a spoonful of salt, an appropriate amount of black pepper, minced ginger, and a spoonful of salad oil. Marinate for ten minutes.
3.
Put in the shacha sauce and marinate for five minutes
4.
Wash the celery and cut it into diamonds. For babies who don’t like to eat leaves, remove the leaves. I prefer the vegetable leaf system, so I keep the leaves. Eating more vegetable leaves is good for the stomach and intestines.✌️
5.
Heat up the pan, heat the oil, and saute the garlic.
6.
Pour the beef and stir fry. When it's 80% ripe, add the celery and stir fry together. Add two spoons of cooking wine. The stir fry will continue to add a small bowl of water and simmer for a while. Add chicken essence just before it is out of the pot. Taste the taste, add a little more if the salt is not enough. You can turn off the heat and set the plate.
7.
Serve the rice, put the beef with celery, and make a fresh rice bowl.
Tips:
I ate it alone, so I made rice bowls. Let’s cook a dish honestly as a family
