Stir-fried Beef with Winter Bamboo Shoots and Cauliflower

                                A winter bamboo shoot
                                    
                            
                            
                                2.
                                One green broccoli
                                    
                            
                            
                                3.
                                Beef shank uses about half of it

                                Tips: 
                                1. Cross-cut beef is easy to chew
