Stir-fried Beef with Winter Bamboo Shoots and Cauliflower

1. A winter bamboo shoot

2. One green broccoli

3. Beef shank uses about half of it

4. Beef cut into slices horizontally

5. About 2-3 taels

6. Use half a teaspoon of salt and an appropriate amount of curry powder

8. Broccoli into small flowers

9. Boil in a pot of boiling water
