Stir-fried Bezoar Edulis

Wash the yellow boletus.
2.
Cut yellow boletus into thin slices.
3.
Cut green and red pepper into circles, mince garlic.
4.
Heat the pan with a little more oil, fry the minced garlic and dried chili, then add the yellow boletus and stir fry.
5.
When it's almost ready, add in the right amount of salt and green and red pepper rings and stir fry again.
Tips:
When frying the yellow boletus, put more oil and it must be cooked thoroughly!
