Stir-fried Braised Pork Tongue with Hot Peppers

Prepare a braised pork tongue.

Cut the braised pork tongue into thin slices.

Wash the hot peppers and cut into small circles with an oblique knife. Peel the garlic and cut garlic slices.

Pour the oil in the wok and heat it up, add the hot peppers and garlic slices to stir up the aroma.

Add the cut braised pork tongue and stir fry for a while.

Tips:
The braised pork tongue has the smell of braised ingredients in it, so there is no need to put cooking wine in it to get rid of it.
