Every time I eat cantaloupe, I have to cut off the thick melon rind, which is always a waste. I have fried watermelon rind before, so I want to try the cantaloupe. I was guessed by my family as fried lettuce after it was served, haha! "

Stir-fried Cantaloupe

1. The cantaloupe first removes the outer crusty.

2. Use a knife to cut down layers of green skin until only the yellow part is left. This layer of green skin is what I want to use

3. Finely chop the shallots.

4. Pour a little oil into the pot, add shallots and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add melon peel and stir fry, add salt, white pepper, and chicken essence to taste.

6. If you don't like pepper and chicken essence, you can leave it alone. Just adding salt is also delicious.

Tips:

The stir-frying time should not be too long, as the fruit can be eaten raw, so try not to exceed 2 minutes.
