Stir-fried Celery with Shredded Pork

Prepare the raw materials and shred the lean pork in advance;

Put the lean pork shreds in a bowl, add starch, cooking wine, pepper powder, special soy sauce, and edible oil to mix evenly;

Cut the celery with diagonal blades;

The chopped celery is blanched in a boiling pot, and then taken out to cool;

Tips:
If you like to eat crispy celery, you can omit the blanching step.
