Stir-fried Leek Moss with Lean Pork

Wash the leek moss and remove the old roots and flower buds.

Cut the leek moss into inch sections.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry with salt and starch to make even the lean pork shreds, pour the soy sauce, salt and finally add the leek moss and continue to stir-fry the leek moss with a little change of color, then it can be served in the pan.
