Stir-fried Conch with Chili
1.
Wash the screw heads and green peppers and set aside.

Blanch the screw head in water and set aside.
3.
Cut the ginger, onion, garlic and pepper.
4.
In a frying pan, saute the ginger and garlic, add the snails and stir fry.
5.
Put other ingredients into the pot and fry until fragrant.
6.
Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, tempeh and chicken essence to adjust the taste.
