Stir-fried Crab with Ginger and Green Onion
1.
Fresh crabs are washed clean.
2.
Then cut open the crab shell first, remove the gills inside, and then chop it piece by piece (there are many crabs today)
3.
Cut the chili, ginger, and green onions.
4.
Heat oil in a pan and add in the green onion, ginger and half of the chili.
5.
Saute and pour in the crab and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Fry the crabs until they change color, add appropriate amount of water, salt and soy sauce, cover and simmer. (Because the crab is fresh, there is no need to add too much seasoning to keep the original flavor)
7.
After the crab is cooked, add the remaining chili and green onions, and continue to fry it.
8.
Finished product.
