Stir-fried Fatty Sausage with Homemade Garlic Leaves

All ingredients are ready.

Soak the garlic leaves in light salt water for 15 minutes.

Wash the garlic leaves, cut into small pieces and set aside.

Wash the carrots and rub them into silk.

Heat the wok, pour in the right amount of cooking oil, add the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
