Stir-fried Italian Melon with Olive Vegetables

Italian melon is a big one.

Cut in half and dig out the seeded flesh
3.
Cut into small pieces.
4.
Cut yellow pepper into thick strips.
5.
Slice garlic.

Heat up the oil pan, saute the garlic and olive vegetables until fragrant.

Pour in the Italian melon and stir-fry, add a little water and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Stir fry with oyster sauce and yellow pepper.
9.
Stir well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
