Salmon Dinner in One Pot

Put the root vegetables in the baking dish, pour olive oil, salt, pepper, mix well and put in the middle of the preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for 10-15 minutes.

Spread the second layer of vegetables, including asparagus, cherry tomatoes, Italian melon, sprinkle some olive oil, salt, and pepper in the oven and continue roasting for 5-10 minutes, then remove.

Put the cleaned salmon, lemon zest, sprinkle with salt and pepper, turn it into the oven for 10-15 minutes, remove it and serve it on the plate.
Tips:
Use half a slice of lemon to grill the fish, and when you put the remaining half on the plate, you can squeeze some on the tested salmon according to your personal taste. I used the dill sauce that I made before to help remove greasiness and balance the fire of grilled food.
