Fried Diced Fish with Dried Egg

Thaw the fillets slightly.

Dice, mix well with cooking wine, light soy sauce and cornstarch, and marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Dice the eggs. (For the recipe, please refer to my recipe "Homemade Dried Eggs".)

Italian melon, diced small sweet peppers.
5.
Mince garlic and ginger.
6.
Put the oil in the pan to heat up, fry the diced fish until cooked, set aside.
7.
Use the remaining oil in the pot to saute the minced garlic and ginger.
8.
Add Italian melon and stir-fry softly.
9.
Add bell peppers, dried eggs and diced fish and stir well.
10.
Season with a little salt and chicken powder.
11.
Add chopped green onion and stir well.
12.
It's simple and quick to eat.
