Stir-fried Jelly with Garlic Sprouts

Prepare a piece of homemade sweet potato jelly.

Prepare ginger, green onions and garlic sprouts.

Cut the jelly into thick slices.

Cut into small pieces for later use. Don't cut too thin, or it will break easily when frying.

Cut garlic sprouts into small pieces, mince ginger, and mince green onions.

When you start cooking, use more oil than usual when cooking.

Heat oil with minced garlic and sauté the chopped green onion.

Add garlic sprouts and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chopped jelly and stir fry evenly.

Add one spoonful, two spoonfuls of dark soy sauce, two spoonfuls of light soy sauce, and one spoonful of Nande ingredients, stir and stir evenly.

Stir-fry the jelly for three minutes until all is transparent, add two tablespoons of chili oil, one tablespoon of chicken essence and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. Chop the garlic sprouts into small pieces to stimulate the aroma of garlic sprouts when stir-frying.
2. The jelly is easy to stick to the pan, so use a little more oil to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
