Stir-fried Loofah with Chopped Pepper

1 long loofah, peel off the skin and cut into appropriate lengths for later use.

Heat up the pot to remove the right amount of lard. After it is boiled, add the loofah and chop it flat. Turn the pot and turn it over several times to fry the loofah until soft. Fry until soft, pour it into a bowl and set aside.

Pour the lard into the pot, melt it, add ginger slices and chopped chili and stir fry until fragrant.

After sautéing, add the loofah, add appropriate amount of broth and freshwater shrimp skin, stir-fry evenly. Then add the right amount of salt and sugar, pour in the right amount of cornstarch water, stir fry evenly, and serve deliciously.
