Stir-fried Meibei with Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients: Meibei (washed), pickled vegetables (washed)

Put the pickled vegetables on the chopping board and cut them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the sliced pickled vegetables and stir fry.

Next, add the cleaned Meibei and add some cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until Meibei opens.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Tips:
Pickled vegetables have a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.
