Stir-fried Pork Ears with Green Peppers

Prepare pork ears, green peppers and garlic, chili

After washing the pork ears, put them in a pot and steam them softly.

Mince garlic, cut pepper into sections

Sliced green pepper

Thinly sliced steamed pig ears

Warm the pan with cold oil, add the millet pepper and garlic rice to stir up the aroma

Tips:
1. Pork ears have saltiness, so you don’t need to add salt
2. If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave out millet peppers
