Stir-fried Pork with Green Asparagus

Ingredients are ready: green asparagus, cooked pork, garlic, dried chili

Wash the asparagus, cut into thin slices, cut the garlic and chili, and set aside

Put the right amount of water in the pot

Add 1 teaspoon of salt

A few drops of peanut oil (edible oil is fine)

Blanch the asparagus for 2 minutes

Remove and control dry water

Heat the frying pan, add the garlic and chili to the pan

Tips:
It is easier to cook asparagus when it is blanched and cooked. The cooked pork can be replaced with raw pork (or other meat). Personal taste is different. The method is according to personal preference.
