Asparagus is a commonly eaten vegetable in daily life. It has the effects of nourishing blood, fighting cancer and losing weight. Asparagus is rich in vitamin C, biotin and manganese and other trace elements, which can be eaten by most people. Regular consumption of asparagus can increase appetite, help digestion, and relieve fatigue.

Stir-fried Pork with Green Asparagus

1. Ingredients are ready: green asparagus, cooked pork, garlic, dried chili

2. Wash the asparagus, cut into thin slices, cut the garlic and chili, and set aside

3. Put the right amount of water in the pot

4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt

5. A few drops of peanut oil (edible oil is fine)

6. Blanch the asparagus for 2 minutes

7. Remove and control dry water

8. Heat the frying pan, add the garlic and chili to the pan

9. Pour the meat slices together and stir fragrant

10. Add a little soy sauce (to enhance the color)

11. Stir to slightly browned

Tips:

It is easier to cook asparagus when it is blanched and cooked. The cooked pork can be replaced with raw pork (or other meat). Personal taste is different. The method is according to personal preference.
