Double Bamboo Shoot Beef

Wash the asparagus and cut into sections with an oblique knife.

Boil water in a pot, add appropriate amount of salt and oil, pour in the asparagus and blanch for 1 minute, remove and set aside.

Add the beef slices to oil and celery and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic and stir fragrant.

Pour the beef and fry it to slightly discolor.
6.
Add shacha sauce and chili sauce and stir well.
7.
Pour in the asparagus, shredded red pepper, and salt to taste, stir and fry evenly before serving.
8.
Double bamboo shoot beef served out of the pan.
Tips:
Beef should be fat and lean. When frying, it should be fried quickly to avoid the beef fiber from getting too old.
