Egg Fried Rice

Preparation of side dishes: celery, green asparagus, diced ham and corn kernels.

Beat an egg, spread it into an omelet, diced and set aside.

Add an egg, black pepper, soy sauce and some salt to the leftover rice and mix well.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pan, add the mixed leftover rice and stir fry until the rice grains are scattered. (I added some soybeans when steaming the rice).
5.
Add the side dishes and omelette all at once, stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
6.
Some black sesame seeds were sprinkled after serving.
Tips:
As the side dish, you can choose any green vegetables that are easy to cook and are not suitable for water. You can also choose scrambled eggs for eggs.
