Stir-fried Shredded Pork

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Shred the carrots, slice the garlic, and cut water spinach into as shown in the picture.

Cut the meat into fine shreds, add an appropriate amount of starch and water, and mix well.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Put in shredded pork and stir fry quickly to change color and break.

Add garlic slices and stir fry for 5 seconds.

Add the carrot shreds and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add water spinach stems and stir fry for 20 seconds.
9.
Add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry for 10 seconds.
10.
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir fry for 10 seconds to turn off the heat.
