Stir-fried Sin Ramen with Curry Beef
1.
First, prepare the ingredients. Cut carrots into small pieces, peel potatoes and cut into small pieces, and cut beef sausage into small pieces.
2.
Heat the pot over high heat, pour in slightly more vegetable oil than usual for cooking, pour in carrot, potato, and beef sausage, stir-fry evenly, and fry until the potatoes are basically transparent.
3.
Add appropriate amount of boiling water to the pot, re-boil until it boils, and cook for about 5 minutes until the potatoes and carrots are almost cooked.
4.
Put the Shin Ramen noodles into the pot, cook for a while, use chopsticks to scatter them, cook until 8 minutes are cooked, add the curry cubes, stir slowly to melt the curry cubes, cook until the soup thickens and then it is out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Potatoes and carrots must be cut into smaller pieces, otherwise they will not be easy to cook. Other side dishes can be free, all kinds of small balls, green leafy vegetables, fresh shrimps, clams, etc. I basically just use what is in the refrigerator.
2. A small piece of curry is one-sixth of a box. Don't throw in a whole box. If the taste is heavy, you can put two pieces, it is not recommended for more. Too much taste is not good, the soup will be like a paste.
3. Don't collect the soup too dry, the noodles will absorb water, if the soup is too dry, it will turn into a lump when it is served in a bowl. Well, don't ask why I know.
4. When you don't want to cook in summer, come with a bowl of curry noodles that is simple and rich in taste, and your taste buds will definitely open up.
