Stir-fried Sorghum Steamed Buns with Kaiyang Green Peppers

1. Ingredients: sorghum steamed buns, green peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut open), Kaiyang (soaked)

2. Put the sorghum buns on the chopping board and cut them into small pieces, set aside.

3. Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the soaked Kaiyang and green peppers and stir fry.

4. Then, combine the cut sorghum buns and stir fry.

5. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

6. Stir-fry well and serve.
