Fried Rice with Green Egg Sorghum Buns

Ingredients: sorghum steamed buns, green peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, cleaned and cut into small pieces), leftover rice, duck eggs

Beat the duck eggs into egg liquid and set aside.

Put the sorghum buns on the chopping board and cut them into small pieces, set aside.

Pour the oil in a saucepan to heat up, add green peppers and duck egg mixture and stir fry.

Then, combine the cut sorghum buns and leftover rice and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of oyster sauce.
