Stir-fried Tofu with Pork Belly

Boil the oily tofu with boiling water

Cut the pork belly, wash and cut the vegetables
3.
Heat in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry pork belly on high heat for a while, add light soy sauce
4.
Pour in the vegetables and continue to stir-fry for a minute
5.
Add in oiled tofu and stir-fry evenly, pour in appropriate amount of water
6.
Simmer over high heat for a few minutes, add a spoonful of salt and stir-fry evenly out of the pan
