Stir-fried Tortillas with Green Peppers
1.
Prepare the burritos and green peppers made by relatives from their hometown.
2.
Remove the seeds of the green pepper and cut the ginger and garlic with an oblique knife.
3.
The tortilla is cut in half from the middle, and then cut into appropriate strips. Since this tortilla is relatively oil-absorbing, I am afraid that it will become mushy when it is fried for a while. So we put a little rapeseed oil and marinate it for a while.
4.
Heat up the oil in the pan, pour the cut tortillas and turn to low heat. Since the tortillas are cooked, fry them until both sides are brown.
5.
Turn to high heat, add green pepper and tempeh, ginger, garlic and stir fry.
6.
The tortillas with a little salt and chicken essence are ready and they are very refreshing and delicious.
Tips:
This tortilla also has a sweet taste of corn, so. The simpler the seasoning, the better.
