Stir-fried Winged Melon with Winter Vegetables

Cut the accessories first.

Peel the ribbed gourd, remove its flesh, and cut into long strips.

Add oil to the pan and saute the garlic slices on low heat.

Saute the garlic slices and turn the heat to a high heat, then add the squash and winter vegetables and stir fry.

Stir fry a few times and add some boiling water to continue stir fry.

Stir-fry until broken, add salt, sugar, and chicken essence.

Then add an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Finally, add the shallots and chili and stir-fry evenly. The frying process is about 2~3 minutes.

It's served.
