Stir-fried 饹 with Scallion Oil
1.
Reserve a bowl of glutinous rice noodles.

Change the onion to the knife, and reserve the egg.

Add oil to the pan and scramble the eggs to serve.

Saute the chopped green onions in another oil, fry the scallion oil, and add the glutinous rice noodles.

Add five-spice powder and stir-fry soy sauce.

Add the scrambled eggs in advance.

Just add salt to taste.
