Strawberry Dorayaki

Put the eggs in the basin and stir well with a whisk

Add milk and mix well

Add strawberry jam and mix well

Use a homogenizer to mix the strawberry custard evenly (because I make it by myself, there are strawberry berries, which need to be crushed, if there are no particles, skip this step)

Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, and salt

Use a whisk to mix the flour and custard (you can use milk to adjust the consistency of the batter), and let the batter stand for 10-20 minutes

Use kitchen paper oil and smear a little vegetable oil on the pan
