Creamy Jam Cookies

Prepare the required ingredients, after the butter is softened, add in sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk until the volume is bulky

Add the whole egg liquid, beat evenly to form a light and fluffy mixture, mix the flour and milk powder, sieve, and add to the butter paste

Use a rubber spatula to mix evenly, so that the powder and butter are completely mixed into a moist, non-sticky dough

Divide the dough into 10 grams each, knead into small balls, press down from the center of the small balls with your fingers, press the small balls down while leaving a small pit in the center of the small balls
