Sweetheart Strawberry Biscuits

Butter softened

Add powdered sugar and salt

Stir evenly with a spatula

Add the eggs in two portions,

Whip with a manual whisk until the egg liquid is completely absorbed

Sift in low powder

Use a spatula to mix into a dough without dry powder

Place the dough on a chopping board with dry powder and roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin

Use heart-shaped biscuits to mold out shapes

Put it on a baking tray lined with tin foil

For half of the heart-shaped biscuits, use the back of the large piping mouth to press out a hollow in the center.

Preheat the oven to 165 degrees, put it on the middle of the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes

After cooling, spread strawberry jam on the solid peach heart biscuits

Finally cover the hollow peach heart biscuits.
Tips:
1. Strawberry jam can also be replaced with other flavors of jam or chocolate sauce;
2. If it is more troublesome to be hollow, you can also make two solid peach-heart biscuits with jam.
