Strawberry Jam

Soak in salt water for 30 minutes

Clean and cut into pieces and cook in a pot

Tips:
Strawberries are best used without pesticides and without ripening! The original flavor will be very sour, add some sugar when boiling! The finished product is sour and sweet and tastes particularly good!
