Sugar Roasted Chestnut

The chestnuts I choose are standard grains, not too big or small, and delicious and easy to cook. Wash the chestnuts and control the moisture.

I made a cut with a small knife and opened the inner membrane with a little force, because I didn't eat at noon, so I used too little force.

All the chestnuts are well marked, it is best to cut the round side, it will look better when roasted.

Put the tin foil, put the chestnuts, and brush them with sugar water (for good looks, you don’t need to brush them)

Turn the oven to 170 degrees for 20 minutes, turn it on and put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
