Sugar Roasted Chestnuts

Prepare the ingredients, wash the chestnuts, drain the water, and dry them with kitchen paper.

Carefully cut the chestnuts with a knife.

Put the opened chestnuts into a large bowl and pour a little corn oil into it and mix them up repeatedly.

Pour it into a baking dish lined with greased paper, into the middle of the oven, and heat up and down at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and brush it with sugar water washed with hot water and white sugar.
6.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes.
