Garlic Chives

Soak the Castanea henryi in water for 1 hour in advance.

Use a knife to cut a cross on the back of Castanea henryi.
3.
Pat the garlic cloves open for later use.

Put the chestnut, garlic cloves, salt and sugar into the pressure cooker and add oil.
