Summer Drink: Mint Tea
1.
Wash the mint leaves (if there are no fresh mint leaves, you can buy dried mint leaves at the drugstore, but I think fresh mint leaves taste good).
2.
Put rock sugar into the cup (you can use a pot to make it as simple and convenient as possible, so use a cup to make it, and most people can use a pot to make a drink).
3.
Then brew it with boiling water.
4.
After a while, stir and drink. You can also put the brewed tea in the air, seal it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to reach about 4° for drinking. It is even more icy and refreshing.
Tips:
Mint is very easy to grow. For example, if you have flower pots for growing flowers at home, you can buy a few seedlings to plant them. They grow quickly in spring, summer and autumn, and they produce a lot.
