Mint Biscuits
1.
Mint on the balcony
2.
Picked 10 grams of fresh mint leaves
3.
Add butter to powdered sugar and mix well, and beat with a whisk to make it fluffy
4.
Add the whole egg liquid in 3 times and mix well
5.
Sift in low powder and milk powder and mix well
6.
Add a few drops of rose essence to blend
7.
Add chopped fresh mint leaves and knead evenly
8.
I also added a little mint flavor
9.
Knead the dough into the refrigerator and relax for 15 minutes
10.
Roll out the dough into thin slices and use a biscuit mold to shape it
11.
I use the green dough left over from making cherry blossom biscuits to make the flower core. If there is no, I don’t add it
12.
Arrange the biscuits into a baking tray lined with greased paper
13.
Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the biscuits
14.

Tips:
The baking time still depends on the size and thickness of the biscuits. Mine took 15 minutes, and it was almost the same when the edges turned yellow!
