The mint on the balcony is growing very well, something must be done to match it! I thought of making some peppermint biscuits to eat!

Mint Biscuits

1. Mint on the balcony

2. Picked 10 grams of fresh mint leaves

3. Add butter to powdered sugar and mix well, and beat with a whisk to make it fluffy

4. Add the whole egg liquid in 3 times and mix well

5. Sift in low powder and milk powder and mix well

6. Add a few drops of rose essence to blend

7. Add chopped fresh mint leaves and knead evenly

8. I also added a little mint flavor

9. Knead the dough into the refrigerator and relax for 15 minutes

10. Roll out the dough into thin slices and use a biscuit mold to shape it

11. I use the green dough left over from making cherry blossom biscuits to make the flower core. If there is no, I don’t add it

12. Arrange the biscuits into a baking tray lined with greased paper

13. Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the biscuits

14. Peppermint biscuits complete

Tips:

The baking time still depends on the size and thickness of the biscuits. Mine took 15 minutes, and it was almost the same when the edges turned yellow!
