Super Cute and Simple Rainbow Protein Biscuits

Use a compass to draw 7 concentric semicircles with the same interval on the paper

Draw the clouds and then use the pen to trace black

Under the oil cloth (oil paper)

Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the egg whites in three times and beat them until moist foaming.

Divide the meringue into seven portions, take six of them and put them in a bowl and add the coloring

Cut and mix evenly

Put them in a piping bag (also the seventh white one)

Extrude the rainbow shape on the oil cloth (oil paper)

Squeeze on white clouds

Bake at 90 degrees for 90 minutes in the oven (it’s easy to remember~) when the time is up, turn off the heat and leave it in the oven until it cools.

It's baked~ you can decorate it on your own dessert~
Tips:
1) Vanilla extract is added to avoid the eggy smell, if not, you can leave it alone
2) Protein biscuits can be stored for a long time, and can even be used to decorate the home~
