Sweet and Sour Fish Nuggets

Rinse the fish pieces, add salt, and 1 spoon of cooking wine to marinate for half an hour;

Finely chop green onion, ginger and garlic;

Add more oil to the pan, use kitchen paper to absorb the water and fry the fish in the pan until golden; (Frying in the pan is also ok)

Hold out for use;

From the frying pan, fry the chives, ginger, garlic;

Add cooking wine, tomato sauce, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and appropriate amount of water to boil until the soup is thick;
7.
Add the fish cubes and stir fry to coat the fish cubes in the soup.
