Sweet and Sour Fish with Radish

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the fish into thicker diagonal slices (I don't have that technique if I want to remove the skin).

3. Cut the radish in the middle.

4. Then cut into slices.

5. Put the fish in the container, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes.

6. Cut the green onions and ginger well.

7. Prepare the flour and beat the eggs.

8. The marinated fish fillets are rolled in flour.

9. Put it in the egg wash.

10. Put it in the flour and roll it over. Put it on the disk for later use.

11. Put oil in the pan, heat it until it becomes hot, add the fish fillets and fry them until crispy and remove them for later use.

12. Leave a little oil in the pot, add green onions and ginger to fry until fragrant.

13. Add radish and stir fry. Then add tomato sauce, add a little boiled water, add sugar and stir fry.

14. Finally, pour the fish fillets and put the fruit sauce out of the pan.
