Sweet and Sour Pomfret

Wash the fresh pomfret and make a few knives on each side.

Mix sweet and sour in a small bowl and set aside.
3.
Heat a little salad oil in the pot and add the pomfret.

Fry the pomfret slightly on both sides.
5.
Season with soy sauce.
6.
Pour in the adjusted sugar and acid and add half a bowl of water.
7.
Cover the pot and cook until the soup thickens and then turn off the heat.
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
