Sweet Potato Noodle (paste) Soup

Less than two adults eat it, so there is less water, less than two large bowls. The sweet potatoes are washed and cut into pieces according to their preference and boiled in cold water until cooked.

Just like noodle soup, some people like thinner ones, some like thicker ones, we prefer a slightly thinner one, so we only use a spoonful of flour

Add a small amount of cold water to stir the flour until there are no flour particles or lumps, pour it into the boiling water where the sweet potatoes have been cooked

Just boil for two times and turn off the heat to eat (note: it will be boiled quickly to prevent overflowing, people will be guarded by the side)
Tips:
To save time, boil the sweet potatoes with pure boiling water
Secondly, use cold water to stir the flour into a batter without lumps, so that you can pour it into the pot and cook without lumps
Finally, be careful not to leave the batter to prevent it from overflowing (the finished picture is made another time with red dates)
